Product development for the interior brushes

Lessmann internal brushes are ideal for cleaning and deburring hard-to-reach areas. They machine the insides of pipes, boreholes or cylinder walls, also effectively achieving cross holes, through holes and grooves.

If the end of the hole needs to be machined in addition to the sides of blind holes, Lessmann has now developed the right solution: interior brushes whose tip is bent in a defined manner. This means that the brushes also have filler material at the tip, which can be used to effectively reach these hard-to-reach areas at the end of a hole. If the bottom of the workpiece needs to be cleaned in addition to the sides, this can be done in just one step using these special interior brushes.

Typical areas of application for this type of brush can be found, for example, in the automotive industry or vehicle workshops, where, among other things, brake calipers or other hard-to-reach parts can be cleaned with interior brushes. But these brushing tools are also used in other industries or in crafts.
