At the end of 2025, the annual company meeting was held to honor employees celebrating anniversaries and to bid farewell to those retiring.

A total of 28 employees with up to 40 years of service were congratulated and honored for their achievements this year. Three long-serving employees retired.

In times of great unrest and change, it is invaluable to have employees who bring continuity and consistency as well as innovative ideas and commitment. They make a decisive contribution to the positive development of the company,” emphasizes Managing Director Jürgen Lessmann.
