Brushes are the ideal companions for cleaning.
Electrochemical cleaning
For example, brushes are used for electrochemical cleaning.
Due to oxidation, tarnishing occurs on rust-free surfaces when heated. Therefore, subsequent treatment of the surface is often necessary to restore the original condition. Carbon fiber brushes have decisive advantages here:
– Effective and time-saving
– During processing the surface is improved and not damaged
– Replaces the usual brushing process for processing weld seams
– Suitable for hard-to-reach places
– Environmentally friendly
– Brush adapts flexibly to the surface
– Can be used for standard welding seam devices
Road joint cleaning
Brushes are also used for cleaning road joints in road construction and airfield construction.
So-called joint cleaning brushes are used to brush out loose and semi-solid components such as stones, grit and slag from separation and expansion joints. The brushes are used to create expansion joints in new flooring, renovation or repairs.
Steel and formwork cleaning
Steel and formwork cleaning is also carried out with brushes. Knotted wheel brushes are useful here.
Formwork panels can be cleaned manually with cup brushes or knotted wheel brushes or on stationary machines with disc and roller brushes.
Cleaning of holes
Brushes also score points when cleaning holes. Internal brushes are used here.
These are also recommended for cleaning pipes, sockets, gratings and cylinders.
