New standard from fall 2026
From autumn 2026, all knotted LESSMANN cup brushes in diameters of 65 and 75 mm will be supplied exclusively in a technically optimized version.
The basis for this is consistent product optimization: a defined alignment of the knots and a significantly more stable filling arrangement ensure noticeably improved performance in use:
– Significantly lower imbalance
– Noticeably smoother running when working on angle grinders
– Reduction of hand-arm vibrations
– Increasing occupational health and safety / health protection
This further technical product development demonstrates innovative strength at the highest level. Meaningful test series prove the significantly improved values with regard to unbalanced running of the brushes. LESSMANN brushes thus clearly undercut the limit values of standards. The optimized cup brushes are noticeably more comfortable to handle and at the same time make an important contribution to the prevention of vibration-related illnesses such as white finger disease.
With this exclusive further development, LESSMANN is sending out a strong signal of quality, safety and responsibility to professional users.
A German utility model has been granted for this innovative product development and a European patent has been applied for.
