Deburring of cut and milled edges

Brushes are used, for example, in bench grinders or in continuous systems for deburring cut and milled edges. Wheel brushes with crimped wire are suitable for manual deburring, while roller brushes or deburring brushes are used for automatic deburring.

Deburring of gears, holes and surfaces

Gears, holes or surfaces can also be deburred with brushes.
Internal brushes, end brushes and miniature brushes are ideal for removing burrs from holes.
To carry out large-area deburring manually or automatically, cup, miniature or disc brushes are used.

Deburring of pipes

The flexible hone-brush is perfect for deburring pipes. They can also be used to process boreholes and cylinder walls. Due to the elasticity and flexibility of the trimming, cross holes, openings and channels can also be deburred in the same operation.
