  • Mitarbeiterführung, u.a. Personaleinsatz abschätzen, einplanen und Schichtpläne erstellen
  • Festlegen von Richtlinien und Arbeitsabläufen unter Berücksichtigung von Vorgaben der Kunden, Fachabteilungen und der Geschäftsführung
  • Einführung, Optimierung und Änderung von Abläufen

Qualification

Your profile

  • Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
  • Meister (IHK) von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lager und Logistik von Vorteil
  • Souveränes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent
