Band Saw Brushes

Band saw brushes (also known as chip-clearing brushes or chip brushes) are used on band saws and other machining tools to efficiently remove chips from the tooth gaps (chip spaces) of the saw blades. They prevent chips from becoming lodged, thereby protecting against tooth breakage, band saw malfunctions, and vibrations.

They are used in particular in the automotive industry, the trades, and the metalworking industry, and are suitable for machining stainless steel, wood, plastic, and steel. Thanks to their robust design, they help ensure a long tool life and a smooth production process.
