Brushes as components in chipping and grinding machines
Brushes are indispendable as components in many chipping and grinding machines.
In automatic deburring machines deburring wheel brushes are incorporated which deburr cutting edges of tubes and profiles. Besides there are special machines which run with special deburring end brushes.
In deburring machines for tubes which are equipped with wheel and roller brushes, the tube turns around its axis. Hence the brushes achieve all burrs both in the interior and exterior of the tube and remove the burr completely or round it defined.
In tunnel machines often disc brushes or cup brushes are a machinery component. They are used for surface finishing, e.g. for a large-area cleaning or for polishing workpieces.
