Brushes can be used to treat a variety of surfaces.

Processing of weld seams

For the professional processing of weld seams, wheel brush, bevel brushes or pipeline brushes (in pipeline construction) are used. U- and V-weld seams can be treated easily and without damaging/removing the weld seam or the workpiece.

Stripping of pipe ends (cut back)

Knotted brushes are also used in pipeline and pipeline construction to remove coating from pipe ends (cut back).

Structure

Different materials and surfaces can be structured using brushes. Wood can be optimally given structure with punched wheel or disc brushes. The brushes are also used to roughen the surface of WPC (wood-plastic composite). On cans or metal, for example, create certain micrographs by brushing with crimped wires.

Tire retreading

Worn tires can also be renewed in an environmentally friendly way using brushes. The worn tread is replaced with a new one. On the back of the tire tread, the tread is roughened with a wheel brush with crimped wire. The side wall can also be roughened with thess brushes during cold and hot renovations.

Removing residue

Residues can be optimally removed by using brushes. Rust can be removed with the knotted cup brush. The cup brush with crimped wires can be used to remove varnish or paint.
For example, knotted end brushes are also used to remove dirt.

Working on hard-to-reach places

Shaft brushes or internal brushes can be used to optimally process areas that are difficult to reach.
