Kaufmännischer Bereichsleiter für Finanzen und IT (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Your role

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Buchhaltungsrichtlinien und eines ordnungsgemäßen Controllings, sowie eines professionellen Finanzmanagements
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Banken
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Anpassung der IT-Strategie zur Sicherstellung der Zukunftssicherheit des Unternehmens
  • Bereitstellung wertvoller Impulse für die Geschäftsführung, auch in herausfordernden Situationen, sowie proaktives Einbringen von Erfahrungen und Kenntnissen im Bereich ERP-Lösungen und Ablauforganisation
Qualifications

Your profile

  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Controlling und/oder Finanzen
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Lösungen für den Mittelstand
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise als kaufmännischer Leiter oder Abteilungsleiter in mittelständischen Organisationen
  • Emphatische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungskompetenz
  • Von Vorteil ist eine akademische Ausbildung mit wirtschaftlichem oder juristischem Hintergrund, diese ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Erfahrungen im Personalwesen sind von Vorteil
